AIX Technologies is pleased to share that seasoned finance expert, David Bane, will be joining the company as its new Chief Financial Officer. Bane has a deep well of experience, having acted as a Managing Director of Corporate Finance at a number of investment firms.
Before coming to AIX, Bane was a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst within the Financials Group at B. Riley Securities. His career also includes Managing Director roles at Roth Capital Partners, where he directed all Gaming, Leisure, and Lifestyle research, in addition to positions at Sterne Agee and Wedbush Securities. Bane is well-regarded for his extensive knowledge in the slot machine and gaming equipment supply industry.

Bain is deeply engaged with the legal profession – he participates actively in the American Bar Association, the Business Law Section, and undertakes a significant amount of pro bono work as well.
