This promising advancement follows a recent regulatory issue concerning Bingoal. The Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) levied a €400,000 penalty on the company for breaching advertising rules by focusing on young adults between 18-24. This action emphasizes the significance of ethical advertising practices within the gaming sector.
Separately, MGA Games has received a B2B permit from the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen), further demonstrating its dedication to regulated markets.
The nation of Sweden has implemented stricter regulations on internet gambling activities lacking proper authorization. Consequently, solely games developed by accredited creators are permitted to be made available on Swedish wagering websites and digital platforms.
